Driving Without Insurance

This is a commonly charged violation because almost any time someone gets pulled over, the officer will ask for your registration and proof of insurance.  Driving without insurance in Missouri is a 4 point ticket, regardless of whether it is charged under state law or municipal ordinance.  We can get the case dismissed outright once proof of insurance is provided to the prosecutor.
